Production time

Please allow 7–10 business days for your piece to be prepared before dispatch. This is separate from the delivery estimate.

Delivery

We ship within Nigeria and internationally with DHL. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee; customs processing, local conditions and carrier delays may affect arrival.

Tracking

When your order leaves the studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details. Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate.

International customs

For express international deliveries, import duties, taxes and customs or handling charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless expressly shown at checkout.
